I don't have measurements but I fit my 24x12x3 in there with a little trimming of the hood latch support, and you don't even have to cut that if you trim the long sort of snout that the bumper brings way inwards towards the car. Plenty of room between the bumper support as well.

The engine is out of my 89 turbo and it is in my 91 turbo now, its 86-88 and 89-92 right?

If you don't mind the 67 with the .96a/r housing, you should be satisfied with that turbo, and you setup needs something big. :)
