Jeff, I'll be in the garage all day tomorrow. Swing out and take a look at my setup, if you need. I've also got 2 spare harnesses out of the car + TSRM that might be able to help you out, if you want!

As for online help:

Is the 91 originally a turbo M/T car (damned if I can remember - this is the one you got from Jake, right?)

I'll d/l AEMPro and look through the pinout tomorrow, see if I can help out any more.

Ok, some news:

The plug you do not have hooked up to the AEM, according the pinout instructions, is 'Plug C' and is NOT used with the stock hookups. This Plug C is available extra outputs and inputs you can use for whatever you would like.

Is your fuel pump coming on when you put the key in Run? You have no signal to starter, that's the problem, right?

Eh...

The AEM comes with the extra plug you have circled on the EMS. It is there so that you have access to the extra inputs/outputs the AEM has. This is covered very well in the pinout that has been referenced to you numerous times in this thread.

The rest of the stuff you have circled are engine to chassis harness connector plugs, nothing much do with the AEM. There is a fair chance they will not match between an '89 and a '91. Plug them in if they fit, splice them in (from TSRM pinouts) if they don't or get the right harness for your car.
