    Swap the senders and check. My 87 needed a new guage because mine was fried :X I wish I had my cluster pile still, I would send ya one.

    Yes, the oil pressure sender is different and wont work with our gauges. Swap em, and pray the gauge still works!

    Clean and rough the surface a little? what else? Ive never used it before. Its gonna seal a crack in a coolant passage on my intake manifold.
