It could. You'd have to drill holes on the lip to match the stock locations. Mounting method will depend on which lip you get. Hvyman, aka Kyle, made a good point about mounting with the lip that he has (Type I, right Kyle?)

While Shine could make a lip in carbon, it will not hold up well to scrapes and bumps. Shine's flexible fiberglass lip would be a much better option. In addition to their regular flexible fiberglass material, you could order parts that utilize their "Super Hybrid" FRP material for the same...
