This is true but since the SPEC twin converts it to a push instead of a pull system (pretty sure most twins and so on do) plus it comes with a decent amount of new hardware. This is just one of the reasons I am considering it. It might be a while since I get it and something else might come...

Don't really think it was made for a straight line but depends from a person views. 500 vs 700 is quite a difference obviously in a straight line. Give it some turns not sure how the supra would do with all that lag.

Resonators will quiet it down a bit. I put 36" or resonator on my car does a good job lol. You could also dynamat the interior lol dunno how much that would help though.
