whats up guys, i keep blowing this fuse in my kick panel. it was a 15 i tried a 30 and it still blew. im guessing theres a short somewhere....any ideas?

whats up guys, i cant figure out how to get the damn kick panel off. i know theres clips on the doorjam. is there a bolt or screw anywhere because it still seems pretty tight. i was gonna take off my dead pedal but the screws are completely rusted.
