You could go to any tire shop

Depending on which tire you get....255 can look good on on a 10.5" wheel. The tire that i found to have a good stretched appearance is Falken Fk452. However, 10.5+20 front wheels will stick out excessively.

You could go all the way down to 205 on an 8" wheel. The tire will have a slight stretch. No stretch on a 215

Its likely that a replica of the Kaminari would cost more that $300...but i doubt $600. This wing would be complicated to make.

The rear lip is rare. Ive only seen 3 pop up in the forums, here in the United States, within the past few years. Dawly's, supraofdoom, and shineautoproject. Rare in existence, but also rare in demand.
