Should the Igniter get hot? I was checking the timing on my 89t and I could barely touch the igniter due to it being hot. Not sure if this is normal.

Make sure your overflow bottle is filled to the proper level when engine is cold. Mine did the same thing because I didnt have the overflow filled up and air was causing the problem. If that works don't forget to burp the system.
