Grim you've got a lot of questions that would best be answered by searching. There are thousands of threads on headgaskets and retorquing. As for the suspension...after looking again at one of the pictures you posted, your car does not appear to be equipped with TEMS. Only turbos and na sport...

GTE ignition different than GE so use the GTE ignitor. Power steering reservoir: Depends on how creative you can be. A lot of people here have relocated the reservoir but otherwise if you're doing a stock swap, the n/a reservoir will be in the way of the intercooler piping.
