Well the timing was dead on, but........well I was checking the CPS and had the intake off, I noticed that my IC pipe had popped off the turbo :O I hadn't even thought to check it because I remembered when I put it on I tightened the hose clamp up as tight as it would go...
I checked the IC pipes again, could not find anything wrong with them. If I have a big vacumn leak would it do the same thing? or no?

I didn't even think of that Shaeff, I remember you having those problems. It revs really slowly up and then just won't go any higher. The motor revs fine when it's just sitting there and I'm letting it idle.

I'm not sure if it actually made it to 2000, I know the AFM is plugged in but if the plug is toast who knows. It worked fine when it was plugged in before. It's all the same harness and AFM as it was on the old motor.

Well I got the temp problem figured out, the guage isn't working so it must be grounding out somewhere or something, both my senders didn't work so I bought a gauge and it doesn't read that it's super hot. It reads normal.
Now onto my other problem.....when I go to drive the car it won't rev...
