K so Just went out and checked again. I switched the fuse thing on the relay because pin 5 was the one with the 12 volts. the fuse is now in pins 5 and 6. Checked the ECU again. Power to the BATT. Check. Power to +B. Check. Power to +B1. Check. So now what? I need to go get that EFI relay...
