That's very very good news. Good to hear you got her back on the road and fixed the problem.

    Fuse Box Relocation

Out of curiousity why wouldn't you want to solder the wires when doing this? I've always had problems with crimp connectors but never with soldered connections. I solder and heat shrink all my connections together without any problems. I did a test solder on the 2nd thickest gauge wire in the...

    Project Clean 87

Spent the last 9 hours working on my Supra. I removed the stickers from the underside of my hood (still need to take Goo-Gone to it to remove the adhesive), put my wiper arms back on, removed the stickers from my cam gear cover, painted the front rotors where the pads don't touch and rust was...

Thank you. Once I get my new pulley on there and finish up my tune it will have roughly 200 RWHP more than it does now.

    Project Clean 87

Sooo yeah, I had a total blast this weekend and didn't break anything. I managed 278 RWHP on the dyno (running half 92 octane with 10% ethanol and half 94 octane with no ethanol). I managed a best time of only 14.55 seconds at 100.58 MPH in the 1/4 mile (having traction issues). And I drove...

Thanks Georgee, it's a lot of work but it all pays off in the end. I came back shaking from my test drive today :)

PSI has them for $340. Sooo yeah, I finally took my Koyo radiator to a radiator repair shop and had them epoxy the leaks. It holds perfectly. I polished it up and took the Supra for a spirited test drive and had no problems. Sooo much better. I also ordered a pair of brand new cam position...

Sumeet, it's the next thing I'm buying and installing before I finish my tune. In fact, I may just figure out a way to buy one next week after PacNW Supra Nationals is over.

    Project Clean 87

Wiped down the body, cleaned the glass, wiped down the interior with Armor All, vacuumed the inside, trimmed my cheap front floor mats, put the glove box back on and shined the tires as well as airing them up for the trip (only to 40 psi, I usually run 30). Also I extended my wideband wires...

My Supra Barely Made It Out of A Road Rage Incident!!!

This gives me a good enough reason to invest in sticky tires and upgraded brakes (especially a BBK). Good to see you and your Supra are ok.

    srsly guys. What's up?

I couldn't agree more Daryl. I've done a large chunk of the work on my Supra, but I'm not afraid to admit I've enlisted the help of friends and a couple shops to work on my Supra more than once, especially if I was either wayyy too busy to do it myself or simply didn't trust my abilities...

Driftmotion 1JZ 60-1 Single Turbo kit dyno results?

The stock clutch will not hold this amount of power. It'll hold around 300 RWHP max.

Picked up the Supra today. While I can't go WOT yet I can find the sweet spot and make it haul some serious ass :) The brakes are super strong too, I can stop on a dime and give 9 cents change :D While working on putting it back together I found this in the car. It's one of the connectors...
