I've been told you can switch from regular to sythetic, however, not the other way around. Reason being, synthetic protects the parts a bit more and almost causes a thin layer over the parts. This will bolt onto any T4 flanged manifold.....Somestimes I just wish I would have found a T3 style manifold in the first place, but hey can't change it now. Mo

Yep, I agree and it's already being done. I broke out the Dremel and it's coming out really well. We spoke and Jon stated it completely slipped his mind. No big deal, I actually like adding my touch to the parts going on my cars. Mo

What's going on guys? I just received my T4 -> T3 adapter from Jon@ MDC and it's gorgeous. The welds are some of the best I've seen. This guy can make just about anything. So thanks again Jon. I can't wait to get my new elbow. :evil2: Mo

Ask him if he can make a raised cowl hood. Nothing to fancy, just the stocker with a raised cowl of about 2". It would looks incredible. Mo

What's going on guys? I just wanted to give Jon @ MDC a public thank you for all the help he's given me with my car recently. He just finished making me a custom T3 -> T4 adapter for my ebay manifold and he's also in the process of making me a custom V-Band 3" turbo elbow with EGT and o2 sensor...

Haha. Jon, I can't wait....I'm pumped to see it. I will def. take pics of it. I see what you're saying about controlling boost, but if you take a look at the elbow I currently have and the back of my turbo, the hole isn't being covered....But, that doesn't make sense does it? Mo

I dont believe they do anymore. I tried searching google to see if I could find a flange, but I'm not having any luck. Come on Jon, you're good with this stuff, u know people....Hooke me up :1zhelp: :biglaugh:

Well it's a Mitsu based turbo, but it came from Greddy as part of a kit....

Gotcha, my mistake. The hole is then not shut, because it is indeed internally wastegated, however, the Trust Elbow I have, does not cover the hole.....I've already confused myself.....Somebody bail me out here....

The small hole it shut. The turbo is an internally wastegated and I want to keep it that way. I just want to be able to make a downpipe to run on the ebay manifold, however, I can't find a discharge flange to match my exhaust housing..... Mo
