That was a very nice and informative article, but is way out of my budget/time frame, i was just needing to know if i could get by without the oil squirters, and if not what all do i need and where could i get it, the pan will come later when i have more money and time to leave my daily/only...

what do you mean...? i have a new oil pump...:icon_bigg ...but it is an NA block so am i missing anything essential, i know it doesn't have piston oil squirters but i was told that was okay, but if not can i buy/intall some?

i'm getting a tms 2mm head gasket because i bought a block that was acid dipped, bored .20 over with je 8.4:1's and forged eagles with a balanced crank. The block was decked when i bought it and it is flat but there is a bit of black left on it from the gasket being on there, but it doesn't...
