my coolant pipe was taken off after the motor was in the car.i just cut it in a couple of spot's with a swaz-all to get it off.welded it then bolted it back up to the water pump.

i cut the pipe short and re-welded it.i use an external oil cooler,so don't need coolant pipe wrapping around the block

i believe the vsv bleed's pressure into the fuel tank ,help's the pump(s)from cavitating.the 2jz actually has a little pressure tank under the manifold with the vsv mounted to it.

taken appart the clip is something that you should do.the guy will most likely forget or damage something removing it. when you take the clip appart there will be a whole bunch of extra hardware and spare part's.it will also help you with your install because you'll have a clue on where...

it doesn't have one.the vsv is electronic and under the intake manifold lower runner
