thank you
so the only real difference is the raised section at the bottom of the mount and the size of the access hole. i can make that work.
i have a complete early car... so il just use the early mounts for the engine
glad your ok... adrenalin is quite the drug...
any more picts of the car.... im kinda a crash junkie....
it is amazing how time stands still in a wreck....isnt it! when we wrecked that car in the mountains it seemed like the wreck was an hour long.... in reality it probably took 30 seconds...
so there is no strength/fitment issue... or such... i could throw an early crossmember in my 91 to get it back on the road... i dont plan on going jz...
would i have to use the early engine mounts?
mine sleeps on the dog bed and eats the dogs food even when his bowl is full.... but then again he does weigh 22lbs and doesnt seem to like the diet food that the vet says he needs.
i have the leatherseats.com set in my car... very nice. did have to add a little foam on the front of the seat to get it to fit perfect... but id do it again if i had to... definitely the best option
hell of a story, im not usually one to say sue.(my dad and brother are doctors)... but this is one occasion where i would say it is not only justified, but should be done.
might be an issue... in 04 gm started incorporating the bcm into the the radio. all of the colorado/canyon trucks were like this. the trailblazers were also like this... but not all of them. easiest way to tell is to disconnect the radio... if you no longer have power windows, dome light or...
not sure... not by any normal means... there is no direct path. that is just what comes directly to mind when looking at it too squared off to be accidental. are there any other gear like items accessible to the oil return path?
it would have to be on the return side and not the pressure side...
the 67.5 2000 has been known to sell upwards of 20k... a good 67.5 1600 will bring around 15k these cars are very undervalued at the moment. i think the highest i have ever heard of a 2000 bringing in is 45k... but it had celebrity ownership, and was low a # car.
from your picts emp it is a 67.5 so it is still one of the rarer ones. the dash has 3 switches in the center correct?
you should at least register the vin # on the 311s car regristry

here is mine... found it in a barn that was on fire... after we put the fire out(volunteer dept) i got it from him... been quite the adventure to get to where i am now
the 67.5 2000 is one of the rarest datsuns to come to america. none of the z cars would have ever came stateside if it were not for the success of the 311 in the scca.
there were only about 600 srl cars imported in 67 and only about 1500 produced at all that year.
no they are a great group of guys. the registration issue is easily overcome... the antiregistration bot code is "Datsun Sports" you would be a welcome member of the community i have a build thread going over there... hope to make some good progress this summer on mine.
im taking the holy grail...
