i got mine blasted, and then painted them with the VHT caliper paint and mine look fine... there filthy right now because i havent washed them for a good 2 months... but the paint looks good if you apply it in several light coats and then a few...
define play? cause i would take it to the extreme and thread it mostly out so its nice and loose, see if you have issues, and then tightnen it until it either goes away, or is livable..
but it flutters under all boost conditions? not just part throtle? or just full throttle?
its a greddy bov, there known to flutter.
you just need to play with the tension.
if you wanna hear surge go unplug the line to the bov and go boost your car.
i put some wire loom and zip tied mine on there.
or you can get some rubber "caps" to put over them, that way looks really nice actually, plus it keep stuff out...
and besides, who needs a/c... roll the windors down and drive in your boxers (or bra and panties for the ladies)
425 for "modified" oem injectors is kinda steep... i know the subaru guys get their stock ones done, but it doesnt cost nearly as much...
but no flow sheet... i know its a business and all. but you can pay near the same for larger injectors.
