I have 2 factory turbos, when i tested the actuators i found the actuator on one starts to open between 7 and 8 psi, the other doesnt start to open until 11psi. the wastegate was not shimmed. dont know what causes this variable but is definitely there.

If your leaking coolant dont drive the car. You can very easily anneal the head, and warp it and blow a HG if you havent already. Annealing is a process where too much heat causes grain growth, which essentially means the aluminum becomes too soft. Do some research if you want to know more...
