when you work on the car more then you drive it

which one would be for more hp, and do you guys think is best? with the t04b ar.60 (w/o wastgate)and tdo4 ar.60, i get the maniforld,50mm wast gate, and all the gaskets and bolts for a little more then the 60-1 build, not much more in price to4b is polished tdo4 is not
