    I think the only thing that saved it was the plastic clips that were used to screw into, if it wasn't for that I'd have a hole in my roof haha.

    Thanks, I was able to completely fix the problem so I'm happy with the results. It just took more time then I was hoping. My biggest thing is that I'm happy that none of the rust was located on the body.
