Yeah, I was planning on doing the same thing to my GE.... until I got rod knock. :icon_evil So now I'm just doing a swap. It's a shame b/c I have all the parts needed to turbo the GE; except a DP which are a dime a dozen. I'm currently waiting for the 7mgte.... hope your turbo setup works...
Jeff, did you ever get my PM? I'll definatly be down for a meet, but I'm going to do a swap soon. I hope to have it done by the end of my spring break....
Whats up? I'm from a northern suburb of Chicago and frequent Dekalbto visit the GF. I'm getting ready to swap a 7mgte in my N/A chassis. If anyone is from the Chicagoland area and you want to chill, and cruise after my swap, I'm down.

Thanks,
Justin
Alright, I'm definatly a newb... I am buying a 7mgte to replace my knocking 7mge. I have found a wire harness on ebay that looks promising. If you care to take a look...

Hey 92 turbo for life!!! The reason why your trans doesn't shift out of first until 6000RPM's is b/c your flooring it. When you put your shifter in 2 it really means 1 & 2. Try not flooring it while shifting early, it will definatly put it in 2nd gear at a lower RPM. But a trans. flush never...
