i made another thread called the notourious 90degree hose

i used one of those crappy clamps for the side that goes to the block and then used a stock clamp for the back of the water pump housing

i guess 486rwhp lol

i jus got one from pepboys they had one that i just had to cut.i hope that doesnt come back to bite me in the ass.lol

took me like an hour,then i had a small leak and had to fix that so almost an hour and a half.

I felt the need to make a thread for this because it caused me a week long headache.also it seems to be a common problem so here is a pic of the hose the white mark on it is the hole.It would only leak when it got real hot.I didnt notice it was leaking from there when the whole got bigger and...

its on the turbo side behind the water pump.its the return line it goes from the block straight to the water pump. its a pita to find if your not sure what your lookin for ill post a pic on monday

yep shes dry as a bone now i just have to put in a new high pressure PS line,fix a/c,then get the car painted!!!!

ok so turns out it was the freaking 90degree hose thank all of you who called that.the problem was i couldnt see it and i thought that the 90degree hose was a different one but luckly i was on the way to get the water pump,coolant starte dto pour out and i saw it spraying out of the hose other...

I LOOKED AND THE 90 DEGREE HOSE IS COMPLETELY DRY. so the new water pump goes in tomorrow any advice?

idk but id like to know if anyone here has a remaned one from autozone i wanna know how off the specs are lol

if you have to pull the cluster it is super easy i think there is like not even 20 screws involved i did it in like 20 minutes and had it back in within 10 minutes.but if the guage doesnt work than i would replace it with a prosport or some aftermarket guage because the stock ones suck.im trying...
