What if you patched the center of the spare tire area, clean and resprayed it and then welded a big sheet of metal over the spare tire area and using that as a tank?

Agreed, you can always put the total amount of fuel you'll want for racing. Who knows what if its a longer track race? Then you can fill it up to prevent more stops for fuel too.

Well I only decided to do it because they held the window up and I didn't want to have to remove my entire window just to replace those three little parts. I'm leaving my car in Texas for three years as I'm being stationed in Guam so I had a bit list of stuff to fix first

I had a lot of issues with mine. I ended up replacing my lower window trim, tail light gaskets, window wiper seal and then I found the source to come from the three white plastic clips that hold the window up. They are located under the lower window trim. I used a good amount if silicon on...
