These were helpful in me deciding to make a couple of design changes to the carbon wing risers VIP Performance is fabricating. The result will be a more professional fit and finish and less DIY looking. The new design will hide all the bolts and mounting hardware and look more like this:

I didn't know that was how they are set up... Phillip at VIP Performance is the design and fabrication guy at VIP, it was his doing. That makes me feel more like the car is in good hands after all. Thanks!

The Megan aluminum wing was too heavy, so the APR GT-250 carbon wing will replace it. Megan 56" = 20Lbs, APR 61" = 7Lbs.

Might we also consider adding an Open Track Day at PIR on Sunday for those of us who like to drive at speed on the road course? I see on the PIR event calendar that the Porsche Club is holding a Track Day that Sunday, June 8th.

I would be interested in the ffim only, w/ mounts for both the stock throttle and isc valve. Where I reside, the labor rate for custom fabrication is $100/Hr.

Josbeat, U know that the semi wets or full wets get greasy on dry pavement and have a shorter life span on dry pavement. I would continue to look at more slick manufacturers until U find the correct tire for U. It may still be out there. What tire brands have U looked at? I too find it...

Ceramic thermal barrier coatings; I've always sent the parts out to get done professionally. I would encourage U to explore UR options. Noting UR abilities already very high, U might try coating and baking on the coatings, albeit, the oven would need to be large.
