Ok today i replaced my factory boost gauge with an autometer (just bored out a hole for fitment). now the damn computer is throwing a 32 code(Mass Air sensor) and a 52 code(Knock sensor), is it beacause i disconneted the factory setup or what. Someone out there has had to have done this before...
yes i just pulled some of the flexible circut board back, which i do believe will render the check charging system light useless but o well and i drilled a few holes in the plastic to get to get it to mount nice and snug, and i unhoked completly, two wires that where on top of the gauge.:naughty:

wel thanks for the help, its not throwing any codes, but now im leaning away from the CSI its feeling more and more like the igniton or MAF, ill keep you guys updated.
Ok i have an 87 turbo 5spd, i have a full 2.5in exaust(No Cats), the K&N FIPK, and an autometer Vac/Boost gauge. The car just started doing it today(Mid 40s outside) when i shifted into 2nd from 3rd, i got to second under 2500RPM and nailed to pass a car and as soon as it hit atmospheric...
