For my fuel level I have a custom sender that will work with the gauge. I have to get it mounted in the tank before I'll know if it will work...

You'll run into an issue on the fuel level, unless it works in the same ohm range as the stock sender. All the others are fine to replace, just make sure you replace the right sensors. One of the sensors on the t-stat housing is for the gauge while another is for the ecu. Don't remember off...
