I'm pretty sure those of us with the 92s/shadow grey would say the seats are black. I used some black shoe polish to fill in some of the age cracks and had no problem. Here's a pic to show you our colors btw. You can see the carpet is grey the dash is dark grey and the seats are some unknown...
