Hmm, I have a 32" waist and they're snug. they sit at stock hieght, but they aren't as soft so you don't sink in as much. I sat in these before I bought them, you should do the same. I think the Recaros are a little wider.
Nice work! You're going to be so happy once you fix this. No more worrying about the damn HG. Well not as much anyway, I still worry about the headgasket and I haven't blown one yet.
Well, in Horsepowerfreaks defense, they did step up to the plate when it came to putting my car together, I won't put there stickers on my car because its mine and I bought all the parts. Plus their sticker doesn't look as good as the titan one:biglaugh:
On topic though, nice score on the...
Driving through South Dakota, 95 degrees out with the heat cranked to keep the coolant temp down... I turned out to be a pinhole leak and not the HG! Not a good memory, but the one I think about everytime I look at the temp gauge!
Another way, if you have an old timing belt is to wrap it around the gear to hold it still then use your wrench. I can't imagine you'd need an impact wrench, the torque specs for it are in the 15-20 ftlbs range iirc. I guess over time it can get sticky :dunno:
LMAO
I do have some plans for the interior in the future. I'm sure none of us are done with our cars or ever will be. Heres a couple shots of the interior, camera sux... What can I say, I spend my money on better things :)
The A1 arms have their own adjustability, but do you still use the stock cam bolts? If you don't the bolt for the A1 bar could move in the slot right? I'm curious as I'll be buying a set of those too :icon_bigg
