I would not use any gasket sealer "FIPG' from the toyota dealer except where it is supposed to be used. If the engine just had a dry paper gasket from the factory do it that way. I have seen several people post about rebuilding engine and then they have a oil leak. I bet they used cheap ebay...

I would check that the carrier bearing is Tight as well as your well as the rear trans mount and all the bolts on driveshaft. If you can have car on lift or jackstands and see if you can hear or see anything move while shifting. You can make some load by lightly appling the parking brake.

The one thing you move when changing the plugs is the coil pack. I wonder if your harness to the coil pack could have a intermitten open and when you remove it to take out the spark plugs. That harness cost about $30 -40 from dealer or Driftmotion. And, you are saying that you are not...

Clamp off the hose going to isc with a pair of needle nose vice grips. If the idle is stable then problem could be the isc.

8x 1.25 bolts are what you need for threaded holes in rotor. Install the bolts and thighten to approx 10ft 15lbs. Just enought to put some load on rotor. Then take a moderate sized hammer and whack the rotor hat between wheel studs. Btw Don't hit the studs. Then turn in bolts until they...

To get one that fits properly go to the toyota dealer. I know the 89' turbo supra has a rubber cap on the heater pipe below exhaust manifold. My 92 does not have this plug anymore. This way you have a properly made rubber cap for the intended job. Plus it will fit the pipes in question.

Is your valve lash set correctly? And are you sure your balancer is correct. Good idea to verify this also. The outer part can slip on the inner section that goes to the keyway.
