    Stock suspension question

I've decided to just keep my suspension stock. I do not have TEMS. What brand of strut is most recommended for stock replacement. Which ones do I stay away from? I'm asking "how you know". Looking for your experiences and opinions. Also, how do you know you need to replace the strut...

My slow supra (new turbo powered owner)

May I suggest a Suprasport turbo elbow? It's a 3" unrestricted elbow the looks stock, and you're able to attach your stock heat shield to it. Also, and this is very important when looking for new elbows, you can install it easily with the turbo ON the car...

Not Bad for a Cell Phone

Thanks. It's hard to tell just how crappy the striping and paint is. Even with sawblades, it looks good. :biglaugh:

    Facime's Mk2 build

I second that. I can't even drive my car during the afternoons here it's so damn hot. No A/C sucks, especially with leather seats. I shoulda kept my cloth ones for summer driving.

Just about the only way my Supra could make it onto TV.

I saw it! Glad your wife and neice/nephew are ok. Our house got struck last August and hurt a friends daughter who was playing GameCube. She's ok but we lost a lot of electronics in our house.

    N/A Gas milage.

My grey 89 GE was getting 23-24 ish. My 86.5 GTE with swapped 3.91 diff and 3" exhaust is getting around 25 mpg on the highway, and that was with some city driving as well. I can get well over 300 miles on a tank but I never let it go below a half so couldn't tell you for sure.

Not Bad for a Cell Phone

Took this with my cellphone, an LG Shine. Turns out to be my favorite picture of my car so far. Taken out at my parents place where I grew up.

NA Tranny in a Turbo car

I'm running a GE tranny on my GTE...for now. It's a direct bolt on, no mods needed...nothing. They are exactly the same externally. I've got a GTE tranny sitting in the garage that will be rebuilt for extra power when the money permits.

    wiring issues, please help

89 wiring harnesses are funny. I believe there are two different grey plug harnesses for that year. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I would just buy one the same year model as your car to be safe. Also you might have to swap out some sensors on your engine if it's pre 89. BTW, how many of...

    Turbofreak's 1992 Poopra (Update 3/16/08)

Dude, you're killing me. :slap: Step away from the car, drink a beverage of your choice, then start fresh. You obviously have some electrical issues. Check to make sure you've plugged everything back in correctly. It will be ok. :icon_bigg I'll trade you in a New York second, but my...
