SWEEEEEET!!!
You didn't tell us how FAR you had it down, son!
How about a current shot of yer injun bay?:biglaugh:
...I need a "Billy Cha" buddy, too!
(I'm too busy getting "chewed out" for being a bad hubby and daddy to my four kids since the sooop got up and running over...
Nice guys!
I'd LOVE to have my gages in the stock dashpod, but I can't bring myself to tear out the stock cluster... it's in such good shape!
I'll keep "adding" and have to come up with places that fit, I suppose...
Thanks for the PICS on your work! Those shots are both inspiring AND...
^^^ FINALLY! (A little more revealing than the recent peeks!)
I'd like to mount those rear tires for kicks-n-giggles... and ROAST 'EM !!!
...just cause they look so "roastable"!:biglaugh:
AHEM! Back to "some" semblance of maturity...

Where do you live again? I'm gonna COME down there and TAKE some pictures and post them FOR YOU!
TEASE!
J/K!!!
Interesting arrangment! Keep the "peeks" coming, please!

FUN FUN FUN!!!
Lovin' the Cressy! SLEEPER CITY, yo!
Keep us posted...
(BTW, my rear "pig" was out of a Cressida... IIRC... AFTER I "fried" the original that had 4.88:1 precision gears in it! Can you say DRIVELINE BACKLASH!!!:biglaugh: )

...just another thought... VOLTAGE may be correct, but under LOAD, a battery may not have the CURRENT available to turn over the motor...
Even a "dead" (near "dead") battery will often show 12 volts.
-crisp
That doesn't necessarily mean the battery is "fine".
I put a NEW battery in, and in 3 days, had STARTING problems. Turns out, the alt/fan belt was WORN and SLIPPING and my alt was not charging properly. It doesn't take LONG at ALL for a "poorly/non" charging NEW battery to "lose" it's...
Perhaps I have misunderstood the relationship between thermal conductivity and resistance... (among OTHER things...)
My bad.
Here is the "Nology" literature that I have several times reflected upon... but of course, they are selling their product, too.
^^^ Don't know if that...
Did you re-torque the ARP chromoly sticks after a few full heat cycles? (And install them to the SPECIFIED lower torque level WITH the provided lube? OVERTORQUE will cause a JOINT to FAIL as well... but as you suggest, the MHG on a "true" head should not fail if torqued properly...)

I could be "all wet" here guys... but "might" he be pushing boost into the water jacket when he begins to "pressurize"? (Blown Head Gasket)
That condition WILL cause "similar" hesitation as you begin to generate pressure... and will DEFINITELY lead to such issues as COOLANT all over the...
Joining here late... certainly not claiming any superior knowledge on this...
...but...
I don't think your system is ANYTHING near efficient with the combination and problem description you are giving... and I FURTHER agree with the opinions that you are "falling on your face" (term...
^^^ STAMPED impeller by AISIN... you can see some "die shear" on some fins even though it was probably "deburred" during production... so I took a Dremel tool to the sharp edges and "polished" them just enough to remove the rough spots and eliminate parasitic turbulence from the eddy swirls of...
WOW!:aigo:
I'm guessing your BHG caused "more damage" than realized... such as a "CRACK" (possibly hairline) in the head, etc... OR the new HG hasn't solved your "blowby" into the waterjacket... and you are blowing BOOST into the coolant passages... OR... there is a BREECH of the...

^^^ This part number WAS the AISIN original replacement pump WITH the STAMPED impeller in my case.:icon_razz
I will post some PICS later... (if I get a chance during work... otherwise tonight or over the weekend...)

Does it make MORE HP in ZERO GRAVITY?
(I'm HALFWAY THERE with my BULBOUS BALOON TIRES!!!!)
.....THAT'S IT!!!!!
HELIUM FILLED TIRES!!!!!:naughty:

Centerforce Dual Friction has worked very well for me... (since I converted from an A/T to the R154...)
Similar to STOCK clutch pedal "feel" with NO SLIPPAGE EVER that I can tell... no left leg "cramping" under heavy traffic... great "engagement" feedback as well, I think... (although you...
Nate, just getting around to this thread...
Thank you for the inspirational CAR!:aigo: (Like I didn't have ENOUGH to drool over in here!)
...back to my gawking...:eek2:
