Take a look at your heater control valve. It's on the passenger side on the firewall. There are two vacuum lines attached to it. One of the lines is only a few inches long and runs from the top of the valve (diaphragm) down to the electrical switch. Next to that, there is another vacuum...

Try lighting a match after a smelly shit. The burnt sulfur neutralizes the smell. IMO it works better than air freshener. And who doesn't like the smell of sulfur?
