A few basic things you should do like checking spark plugs and wires. Also, It could be valve cover gasket leaks oil so badly into the spark plugs area which cause the problem you have. Just do that first then update with us.
Who would do such a injectors replacement? That's so stupid because not just the injectors, you have to modify the clips also. If you're looking for a set of 440cc, make sure you get gte clips also.
I had new plugs and wires. Misfire is still there. A friend of mine (old school guy) said it could be engine wiring harness. In my case I think my valve stem seals leaks oil and that would cause the same problem we have now. Sometimes I smell oil burn on highway. I checked valve cover gasket, it...
When I first start the engine, rpm is close to 1500. Then I drive a little bit, it comes back to 700. It also has a little misfiring when idling. On highway, engine is strong and i dont feel any misfiring anymore; I have 2950 rpm at the speed of 75mph (7mgte and r154) I don't think it's normal...
The oil line o-ring is a bitch to put it in. It took me an hour and some change for just that o-ring. Btw, if this is your first time getting greasy, always expect double or even triple time compared to someone has experience and right tools.
I installed a set of 6 evo injectors on my car. The o-ring is fine and I can order from Mitsubishi dealer. However, there are seals next to the o-ring that I don't have. I have to use the seals from our stock 440cc injectors, but they're kinda loose. Anyone knows where I can get new seals that...
Thanks guys, I got the damn fuel pump replaced. I upgraded the 550cc and pushed it hard, then the fuel pump died. It has 190k on it already. Btw, if someone wants 550cc installed, should replace fuel pump too if mileage is high.
I'm having trouble with my 7mgte. I replaced the 550cc (evo injectors) and Lexus afm. Turbo is ct26 62 trim, it's running 9-10 psi. I pushed the car hard one time and the efi 15a fuse was dead afterwards. I replaced the fuse, it started again but it ran very rough like no fuel or spark, and then...
IMO after reading 190 pages of this thread (thank you all for this useful thread.) 10 width and +25 is probably the best offset for the rear.

Sounds great dude, but IMO keep the 275!

Thank you spiller. Here is my test fit of HRE 18x10 +19 at the rear. I kinda like it that way, any suggestions? Tire is 275/40/zr18 (I'll change it to 35 very soon.)
Quick question, I have 18x8 +18 at the front, what is the best tire size I need 225, 235 or 245 for stock suspension? If I have Tokico and Eibach, what is the best tire size also? Thank you!
I've been reading the whole thread, and I think I should add this info. I had a ticket for loud exhaust with my VA dealer tag a month ago. I said this car is for sale, but the officer said under VA law I still have to make my car legal on the street. Well, I ended up paying for the damn ticket...
