Look at it this way: A low mileage car that old is likely that low of mileage for one of two reasons... it either never got driven, and it's seals are all gone by now, or it's because it spent a lot of time broken.

Either way, lot of work to be done, although I'm sure cosmetically it is in good (if not great) shape. I still say, "what can you get used for that price?" though...

That's why low mileage cars all have burgundy or red; the owner doesn't want to drive it.

but honestly yes, I cannot stand burgundy enough to buy a car with it, despite the condition. I spend more time inside the car than outside looking at it, so interior looks are more important to me than the outside and the color would bother me too much.
