7M-GTE swap as long as you have the harness is the easiest, could probably be done in a day if you have everything neccessary (don't forget you need a new exhaust!).. any MKIII tranny works with it as well, as I'm running a W58 (Non turbo 5-speed) on a 7MGTE..
