Ken - Did you take the lower fan shroud off? I found the easiest way for me was to put the fan /clutch on from underneath(I know you don't like getting down there) but take the lower cover off and wiggle the fan clutch up in there and bolt it up... Thats a deal on the radiator so be thrilled...

Indeed fuel cut is a very great fail safe. I knew I should be able to run stock boost even with exhaust and intake mods but people kept telling me otherwise. No FCD for me! I will happily run 6psi for the break in of my new motor!

Finally got my boost issue corrected! Apparently I had a bad waste gate actuator. I swapped it out with a spare one and now I can run 6psi all day long without boost control!

Sweet I fixed it. Apparently it was my wastegate actuator cause I swapped my spare one in and now she holds 6psi in every single gear! Thanks for the help guys

Yea I will double check but all my lines are brand new anyways. I'm pretty sure it's gotta be a bad wastegate cause I've been reading and plenty of ppl have free flowing exhausts and other mods and are able to run the stock boost. I'm in the process of putting things back together. Should know...

How far will the wg actuator actually open the door? I used both my wg's and got the same result. They both open the door just slightly. Is that how it's supposed to be? I can't see the arm on the wg being able to extend the door fully open! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npSHAbOWXIY...
