Chris, you can mount it anywhere. I mounted mine next to the clutch cylinder using home made bracket. I know of guy that mounted his inside the fender. lol

I bought a low mileage front clip JZA70 supra from Jarco 4 years ago and it's been a very good investment. Everything needed for the swap is included no sourcing parts out from other cars.

Get an 02 sensor from a 94 mustang (3-wire sensor) and you can use that if you have the screw in type bung in your down pipe. And yes your 1j won't run properly without it.
