22R can't make power? Dave has a ct26 and Supra 440cc injectors on his 22rte in a 4runner, it makes a whole lot more power then an 22R!

You use that to simulate a cylinder head, with a metal headgasket between it and the block, ARP studs installed and torqued to 80 ft/lbs. Then the bore and hone is done with the torque plate installed, so the stresses on the block are the same when it is machined as they will be with the head...

Picked up my pan yesterday, it's a little rough still, but you get the idea. It's said to hold 5.5 qts of oil in the pan alone, and it has three trap doors in the sump. Bottom end is almost together, just need to pick up main bearings tomorrow. Everything was washed carefully...

There is no gas mileage fuse in the ecu. Poor mileage could be caused by a bad o2 sensor, dirty air filter, fouled or incorrectly gapped spark plugs, improper tune, clogged catyletic converter, etc... The ecu itself being the cause of poor mileage would be highly unlikely.

Are the injectors you installed possibly low impedance injectors? That could be a problem.

Electric fans don't run on magic pixie dust :biglaugh: It takes horsepower to drive the alternator with the increased electrical load of the electric fans. Have you noticed the engine idle rpm slows when the electric fans come on? I would bet the hydrofan is more efficent, and I know it moves...

Top one goes to hydrofan ecu, bottom one is 7m auto transmission wiring going to the transmission ecu.

It will need some heat wrap where that coupler cracked because it's right above the exhaust housing with no heat shield.

The problem with the gilberjj's clutch was as soon as the car was done it went out for immediate 18-30psi pulls and drag racing, that's not a proper break in. Supra-K's issue sounds a lot different. It could be as simple as the freeplay not being adjusted correctly, or it could have a lot...
