It would probably work with a smaller turbo, but mine hits on the housing before the flange. I have two 1/2" spacers, but they don't fix the problem. I may just cut the thing apart.

Good question. My plan is to weld the flat side of the spacer to the existing flange on my manifold. I will have holes drilled perpendicular to the tapered side and they will be tapped for studs so the turbo will bolt down nicely. My other option is to cut the flange off the manifold, and...
