yep, and that's why it can flake. I've found that the nickle adheres to hard materials much better than soft materials.

Umm... I always thought the process was called electroless nickle plating. I've never heard of electrolisis plating. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroless_nickel_plating I've literally had tons of parts put through this process. and it can flake.

yeah, but it gobbles up your outputs as stated earlier. which takes away outputs needed for other functions.

the 2 wire pwm idle controll solenoids work awesome. I've used them with megasquirt in the past with good results. also the sequential injection is 2 channel not 3 unless they've changed it.
