I'm loving the height brayden! :D
why is your front sitting so low though? it isnt much lower than my front though
then again, most of my front bumper is missing anyways :)
i dont start a build thread since i have done more destruction in the past few weeks than construction. i had a mini build thread for the exhaust project. Now i just spam Boris' thread .
ill start one when i actually build up the 1jz and do the paint work.
ill do my best to not be lazy and to not make it look like complete poop. im sure jeff will love to snap a few pics of my frankenstein temporary repair job. he seems to enjoy my misery when it comes to this car.
it already had 2 zip-ties put in it by the original owner in J-land. Maby a few more tomorrow wont hurt...
zip-tie technician and packing tape tail light death match master pics to come tomorrow? stay tuned and find out kids!
lolz! i think id stick with the clear packing tape before i put pa pre 89 tail on there.
i have some big chunks of the lens here on my desk. if i do get clear tape as a temp fix i might be able to make it not look as bad with a lil effort and JDM skillz yo! :1zhelp: :wuteva:
JDM battle...
lol shush you! i have a brand new bumper just itching to get painted and mounted. all i need is $$ and a new lip to go with it.
Hopefully jeff can get me a new tail light in a few weeks. it looks so lame right now
you gotta scrape like a man boris ;)
i scrape my exhaust over damn near any speed bump. i dont really have to worry about my bumper scraping anymore... most of the bottom half was lost in battle
not really, if you leave it it will just wear holes in the guards. you can try heating the areas up where it rubs with a heat gun and pushing them in and moulding them to gain a little clearance. or you can just take em right out :D
The CC unit is lookin good boris. we need better pics though...
im broke and still need to buy new rollies :wtc:
although i have decided on a width and offset i believe. 18x9.5 +12 all around. I made a cardboard template and checked the clearance on my front fender. It looked pretty good. It will be getting more negative camber eventually with the JIC...
my car did it for a day, if i started to boost hard it would begin to miss.
all it needed was the old GReddy spark plugs pulled and some new OEM ones from toyota to get it running silky smooth again :)
