Got it. Actually makes since as I was even looking at different part numbers for the afm. It was off by one number.

So what is the vsv I have for if it is not for the egr or fpr? And wow only 13 ft-lbs? Seems a bit low.

Ok so the vsv I have that is connected to the fpr vac part number is 90910-12032. The one that was connected to the egr vac is for sure jammed and not working but i don't see a part number on that one. What is the Cco port for on the check connector? I see it written on the back of the cover...

No they didnt. I'm going to keep trying with them and order a few different fittings meanwhile just to have in case. I might order another one from actron to install permanently to tap in when ever I need to check fuel pressure while I try to get this broken one handled. Did you leave yours in...

Sounds like a plan. Will have to order a new connection for the pressure tester to test pressure again. Will let you guys know the outcome.

I just remembered that when it was idling high the vacuum at the fpr was strong but now that the idle is normal it is much weaker.

Does the egr vsv and fpr vsv have the same functions. I feel stronge vacuum at the hose to the fpr vsv then it gets weak coming out of the vsv to the fpr. I'm not sure if the vsv got switched or not or if it even makes a difference which vsv is there. I've tested the vsv multiple times and it...

Wouldn't this be a better tie in to the fuel system for the fuel pressure gauge or something similar to this? Can use the stock banjo bolt with this as far as tieing in to the cold start line right...

Ok good question is where can I get a new stock pump from. I've heard of the walbro 255 but will probably stick with stock pump for now.

Yeah luckily I was able to remove the broken threaded part from the fuel rail. It would have been annoying to have to deal with that problem and my fuel problem as it is. I will check the injectors and all fuel lines moslt likely tomorrow and will order a fuel pump if everything seems good. In...

These things must be a one time use. I installed it once and tested and was going to permanently install it and it just snapped with no torque at all. I might call the company for a warranty on this.

So I still have more diagnosing to do. Without changing these parts can they be tested? My buddy is saying most likely the car sat for ahwile with bad fuel and the sediments are caught in the fuel pump and in rank filter sock. He said I'm most likely needing to change the fuel pump.

With it building up pressure at idle, does that mean fuel pump is good?

Ok so no mods to fuel lines or rail. I personally installed a new fuel filter myself. I forgot to check vac at vac line of fpr while it was running. Will check tomorrow for vac. I quadruple check the fpr vsv and it is operating as tsrm said it should be. No restriction from fpr vac line to vsv...

Could this mean bad fpr?

Yes i did snap throttle test and fuel throttle test with fpr both plugged and unplugged same results.
