you are correct the 2nd group a engine has may 87 staped on it that being the number 8 head

why what surprises you on the numbers do tell and if helps ian my other group a head has 8 on the front ive also took some photos of a stock 7m and the group a head combustion chambers the group a ones are masive in comparison

ok started to dismantle the engine as i couldnt remember what was in there lol Cam are of a significantly better quality than stock not going into the obvious size difference of being a 284 degree cam cam pulleys are magnesium for sure stock weigh 475 g each my magnesium ones are 255 g each...
