Is the exhaust housing divided or undivided? If it's undivided, is there a way to get a divided housing put on the turbo? (I don't know a whole bunch about them, that's why I ask)

.68 is what you want

might want to think about another fuel pump too. 680/720cc will be fine.

maftpro is ok. kinda quirky. personally, i'd keep the afc and pick up a vpc off of ebay.

For just about anything over 450rwhp you need to go standalone. Cant even go MAFTPRO, Maftpro wont be very kind to you with injectors larger than 680. You would need some 780s, or 880s for the power level you want.

mk3brent was running a vpc and safc w/ a gt4088 turbo and 550 cc injectors... i know he put down 564whp and had a lot more power to be made.... lots of chop on the dyno chart... ign. problem i'm sure... he's since installed cop ign. and larger injectors

So are you ditching the LIPP Boss? Just want more power?

I have made another new turbo exhaust housing and it is a T4 undivided. It has an AR.81 and has a v-band with a 3" or 3 1/2" hook up for the exhaust. It is the same as the other Boss housings and is made of stainless steel and weighs only 7 lbs.
You could replace the Boss housing you have now with this new T4 and should be ready to go. This new T4 will be on the web site just as soon as Jack takes some new pictures of it.

420hp at 18psi with a T70 seems kind low to me..

till you drive it... my stock turbo did 436rwhp but it peaks and then starts to drop off. The mp turbo did 420rwhp but car the car was much faster. Just hearing a number won't help you it depends on the set up and supporting mods to give you the power under the curve you need. I smoked a zo6 with this setup and was on a vpc and stock cam. Now if you still think it sounds low then you need to rev to 8k and put on a 74mm.

i to am looking at getting a masterpower T70 .68 a/r but i also have a load more fuel than u guys so far :p aeromotive A1000 pump, 880cc PTE and Map ECU management and EVC for boost. i dont care about streetable, any turbo is streetable it just requires a little throttle control haha. i was shooting for a 700hp mark but at the same time get a good fast spool, i hear the .68 should due it but i dont know, i'd almost go with a little bigger one.
