When you buy upgrades to replace the upgrades you bought less than a month ago and wonder... should you start selling some of this stuff? Or save it for the next supra?

You cuss out all the tuner shop owners in town because they can't work on or tune your car without destroying something in it.

You drive 3 hours or more, just to get your car tuned.

Dream about switching from piggy-back to a standalone.

Everyone want to race you at the lights... ***Why are they mostly trucks?*** Oh yeah... in the south....

You can't sleep... and spend 3 hours reading all the posts from the beginning to now.

You keep checking all the hoses and clamps for that illusive boost leak.

When you only take your Supra to shops that deal mainly with Supra's.

When you realize you could have bought a really nice new car for what you've put into your 20+ year old Supra.

When all your friends and family members think you're crazy for continuing to spend money upgrading and building your 20+ year old sports car.

When you look at new cars and their price tags and think of how nice of a Supra you could build for the cost of those new cars.

From a while ago but...

...when you've completely rewired your N/A supra because there was 2 extra plugs that the turbo had that were neccesary for the stock boost guage which isnt being used and the ABS that your car doesn't have...

You always turn and take one last look at it when reaching your destination...and it still gives you chills down your spine :naughty:

I wonder how many "other cars" have the same effect on the owners? Or how many of us do that?:icon_bigg

When you just love your car!

..

When you make it clear to any new potential girlfriends that the never should try to get the car to go since you have had it longer then you likely will know them and they go before it goes!

I gotta give fair loyalty for giving me my 20 years of enjoyment!

eh, hardtops arent special. I wish my 92 were targa..:(

Depends on where u live as to whether a hard top or targa is special or rare. We have a few hardtops but many targas local. Both have benefits.

You stare at it and tell yourself, "just one more fix will get me there". Then you immediately tell yourself, and your friends, you can quit anytime.
