HKS actually made a twincharging kit for the 4a-gze..... I actually had my hands on one of the manifolds for it a while back.... when I had my mr2.... I was planning on removing the SC and turboing my poor little 4a

Sport Compact Car had a twincharged Mini Cooper S in one of last years issues too...it's a trend that has been making a comeback as of late...but that kid was just an idiot and didn't know what he was talking about.

And yes, twin-charging is nothing new. HKS had a twin-charging kit for the supercharged 4A-GZE out of the AW11 MR2. Blitz had a pulley kit for it as well.
That's from the MK2 Supra forums... remember reading over that a long time ago... not sure if he ever got that thing running. He was building it up for drag racing
