Probably one of the biggest piles of crap I have ever read. Keep in mind this is current. I cant say weather or not Ford Motor Company of Canada will be in the same direction but its best that any Ford owners on this site are aware.

Cliff notes for the lazy people:
Car club is making a calendar of their vehicles and put it to a press company for sale to the general public. Ford attorney contacts press company demanding them to remove all the photos of "their" vehicles.

Reminds me of companys printing tShirts with their logos on them. Then, when someone wears one on tv it has to be blurd out because the logo company doesnt want it on tv. If they didnt want the shirt in the publics eye, why did they ever print it.

Look like ford is taking a lesson on how to treat their consumer base from RIAA.
RIAA has made a similar claim, that you don't own the cd you bought. You only purchased the rights to use the music as they dictate. And according to their lawyers, it is illegal to put music from your cd on to an mp3 player.

It's all about a corporate entity that has lost the passion for what they sell. They are no longer in touch with their actual consumer base. And only do what is necessary to turn a profit. Company's like this have lost their way and will eventually lose their consumer base and everything else.
