And that's why I'm never taking my mk3 to school.

My DD has been hit so many times by cars at school, shopping carts, random rocks, a hubcap now and then, wood that flew out of someone's Home Deport rental truck... and an old lady driving a battle cruiser cadillac 2 days ago. :3d_frown:

I feel your pain...my car has been hit a few times as well. The first time my mom was late for work and wasn't looking as she backed out of our driveway. This resulted in the imprint of a 3" receive hitch square on my front bumper. On the drivers side just below the blinker. However, that wasn't the extent of the damage. Ever since then, the header panel has been slightly tweaked and the signal/grill do not sit properly. The bumper was fixed but these flaws remain.

Then I moved away from home for school and took the car with me. I lived in residence so the car was parked in the school parking lots all the time. This resulted in the wonderful grey scuff you see below. I'm just waiting until I buy my first house so I will have a garage. Then I can spend the money and get all this stuff fixed and not worry.
