Well, you get your new email address, or a friends addy that you trust.
Go to paypal, and send cash. Select your credit as fund source and send X dollars to your other account.
Check other email account. Log into paypal "you've got cash"
Click withdraw and let paypall eat there 3% if you have a paypal card for the other account, you can make an atm withdrawal of the funds. otherwise, you can transfer it to a bank account for free or have paypal send you the check.
