Decided I would copy and paste this from the Aus section because I'm too lazy to type it out again.
Well I got almost all of my stuff back from chrome now... Not very happy with the outcome. Starting with the plenum because it can look decent from a distance...
The TB I paid for to get chromed, notice the lack of chrome?
Coil pack cover supposedly done in black chrome, complete with spots that have been completely missed.
Still missing my ABS mounting bracket and clutch master heat shield... Think I might just cut my losses because it is too much effort following up with the tard who was given the job.

Time for a little bit of good news! Everything was dropped off on Friday and work started ahead of schedule on Monday 
. Going in this weekend to snap up some pics of progress. Doing some shopping on Yahoo Jp lately and will have 2 new additions to my collection of parts soon .
HKS Hyper-D's, they seem to be ok and cost jack all so I can't complain. Should arrive in 7-10 weeks time (yes I'm cheap and don't wanna pay for air freight)

Like this, minus the ricey orange splitter thingy. I guess my car will look similar to this one in the end, but with the Bomex rears and Turbo A duct, minus the whale tail.

damn dude, nice ride. When it's necessary, you should get one of those HKS Kevlar timing belts. With the clear cover it'd be sick

Also got my Abflug lip which came in the mail with a nice crack through the front of it...

Thought it was time for a bit of an update. After a few issues here and there things are finally in the final stages. Once the car is started the ECU will be sent off to get updated to the newest software since it is a waste of time tuning with the older version software. Sorry for the pics the engine needs a bit of a clean .

but other than that your build is coming along great!Well it's all over now, got my car back last night! Made 327rwhp on a basic tune @ 15psi. Will be taking it back in 2 weeks to get the final tune and shoot for 400+. What can I say, after driving a Corolla for around 7 months and nothing before that it pulls like a freight train. Due to the design of the manifold the boost creeps up to 15psi, which it see's at around 4200rpm, hopefully less once they mess around with things a little bit more. Picture time, still isn't finished. Need to have my coil pack cover re done and polish up the intake pipe, which I started to do then got lazy.
Yeah it all looks nice but there is a long way to go. So many things that need to be replaced, cleaned up or removed. Really need to do the water lines and drain line with braided though... It just doesn't look as good as everything else at the moment. Just need money and someone in the states willing to take a big order from Jegs .
